Kim, sorry for the late reply. At first you have to fill out your information, then they send you offers to try things based on you demographics. You can be chosen to host parties for the products they are presenting as well. So far I've gotten coupons for free products and samples, in exchange for a short review. I love it, and I hope to get chosen for more. Hope this helps!
